The RoleThe RoleRole Overview: The Technical Manager will be responsible for the design, development, coordination, and supervision of all the activities related to the organization’s field work of petroleum & gas. Job Responsibilities: • Control, implement and develop quality control programs. • Oversee and direct engineering activities and supervise employees. • Oversee and design the technical and mechanical operations of the organization. • Direct the selection of any new equipment and supervise its installation, operation and repair. • Develop the production of oil and gas by direct planning and supervision of the organization’s activities. • Coordinate engineering and technical activities with organization’s departments. • Conduct field research to develop new or improve old equipment and techniques. • Remain up to date with any new development in the field of petroleum engineering. • Select and train employees who will work directly with the technical activities. |
RequirementsRequirementsJob Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Petroleum Engineering or any other related field. • Master’s degree is a plus. • A minimum of five years experience in construction of oil ports and tank farms or any other related field. • Excellent, interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills. • Excellent command of English. • Excellent computer skills. |
