Technical Master Baker - Bakery Manufacturing

Up to 2000 KWD per month

We are seeking a bakery expert who can become the highest authority within the business on all things pertaining to the development and manufacturing of bakery products for both retail and modern trade channels within the Middle East.

Responsibilities include:
* Develop, implement and roll out of specific products with various techniques.
* Redesign recipe formulation for existing and new items with SOP/Operating manual.
* New product development in line with company machinery to maximize output.
* Training of production staff on process flow from mixing, baking to packaging of final finished product.
* Reduction of production cost and setting new KPI.
* Factory production flow and employee schedules.
* Production planning.
* Experienced in automated and semi-automated bakery machines.

Our client is well known for producing excellent bakery products for the Kuwaiti market and have their own retail operations. They are seeking to build their technical skill set within the business that will allow them to penetrate the major modern trade business channel.

Requirements

You will have experience and technical knowledge of development, implementation, recipe formulation, innovation and renovation of all areas of bakery products from morning goods to celebration cakes, artisan to savoury bakery.
