Job description / Role
Construction Management:
1. Responsible for Liaison with consultant & Client.
2. Responsible for Communication and coordination with Consultant.
Engineering & Technical:
1. Responsible for Preparation & control of Shop & As Built Drawing & Coordination with all Trades.
2. Responsible for define contract requirements for Engineering works/ acceptance criteria.
3. Accountable for Preparation & Submittals of Shop-drawing in accordance with Engineering baselines schedule.
4. Responsible for Design / Scope Change Control.
5. Responsible for Engineering Coordination Civil Architectural MEP.
6. Accountable for review & approval of subcontractors Engineering shop drawings.
7. Accountable for Managing Request for information Technical clarification.
8. Accountable for Review of materials submittals for compliance with Engineering requirements.
9. Responsible for Engineering Progress Control & Reporting.
10. Responsible for Engineering Change Request / Design Variations.
11. Responsible for Engineering Documents Control Configuration Management.
12. Accountable for Preparation of Engineering & Technical Submission for approval.
MEP coordination Electrical & Mechanical:
1. Accountable for Managing Request for information Technical Clarification.
2. Accountable for Review of materials submittals for compliance with Engineering requirements.
3. Accountable for Engineering Progress Control & Reporting.
4. Accountable for Preparation of Engineering & Technical submission for approval.
Procurement & Purchasing:
1. Accountable for review Documents to establish Procurement requirements.
2. Responsible for Define packages to be subcontracted.
3. Responsible for coordination with suppliers and subcontractors on issues relating to technical submission.
4. Responsible for Liaison with consultant on materials approval.
5. Responsible for Preparation and submission of Materials / systems submittals for A approval.
6. Responsible for Identification of customer supplied Products and control.
Project close out:
1. Close Out Submittals
a. Responsible for Warrantees to be submitted.
Requirements
Education:
Bachelor's Degree or any higher degree
Skills:
5-7 years experience in similar position.
Excellent communication skills.
English written and speaking.
Computer skills
REVIT, AuotCad
