Our client, a prestigious and expanding private airline based here in Qatar is seeking a Technical Records Coordinator.
The Technical Record Coordinator will be responsible for updating, maintaining and organizing the aircraft technical records.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintaining component records and updating time control system
Updating aircraft, engine, APU, modification/repair logbooks
Auditing completed work packages and updating time control system (TRAX)
Preparing status reports and checklists for QCAA inspections
Maintaining ADs in time control systems (TRAX)
Clarifying queries regarding technical records and technical publications
Administering technical records and archives per regulatory requirements
Processing utilization reports and budget figures
Monitoring stocks of stationary documents
Supporting Manager Technical Records & Planning and Director Technical control in regards to their duties
REQUIREMENTS
Technical Degree in Aeronautical or similar
Should have airline experience in Technical records or maintenance management and Aviation IT Systems with solid general aviation knowledge
2 – 3 years experience in a similar role

Fluent Arabic and business English proficiency (oral/written)
