Technical Sales Manager

Job description / Role

A multinational client is looking for an experienced Technical Sales Manager for there regional office in Qatar - Doha

Duties:
- Sales will be achieved by way of influencing the broad sector of decision makers within the construction industry
- Sales are also achieved by influencing distributors to promote and sell the product and the relevant sub contractors/ applicators to promote and install the product
- Gaining early proposals to clients, architects, and engineers
- Offer bespoke proposals per scheme
- Become the lead organization in the supply chain such projects
- Manage the distributor sales team and influence them to promote broad products
- Understand budget, sales revenue, and margin management to ensure the company sales performances is achieved
- Conversant with drawings and produce scale details
- Dealing with an array of technical details, be it detailed drawing stage or practical details

Requirements

- The role is based in Qatar (Doha) if currently working in Qatar please you will need an NOC
- Experienced within specification of technical products in construction or industrial markets
- Excellent knowledge of the different construction types, and when and who would be influencing the sale
- Proven track record of promoting and selling products within the construction industry
- Usage of PowerPoint for usage in media
- Engineering Knowledge and some marketing experience would be advantageous
- IT literate, good reporting and administrational skills
- Must Have a driving License
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic advantageous)
- Sales Targets

Salary Negotiable depending on experience
