The RoleThe RoleMy client is a leading company specialising in manufacturing construction vehicles and machineries. They are currently looking for a Technical Service Manager to join their team. The position is based in Dubai and will require you to travel extensively throughout the Middle East. You will be reporting to the Service Director and will be responsible in building up the service team in the region. Your main responsibilities will be to provide technical support across the construction product offering and managing multiple dealers across the Middle East. |
RequirementsRequirementsField service experience with a proven record of achieving high levels of customer satisfaction. A sound technical knowledge of construction equipment and repair practices Working knowledge of H&S legislation relating to Construction Equipment Strong Interpersonal skills, fluency in Arabic is an advantage Report writing skills. IT literacy. Ability to wok under pressure and prioritise tasks Able to travel 60% of the time |
