The RoleThe RoleA Technical Services Manager (GCC, Polyurethanes division, is required for a leading Chemicals MNC in Dubai. To provide technical service to customers and internal technical support to enable the company to provide products and service which consistently meets the requirements of performance, quality and cost whilst contributing to the overall profitability of the business. 1. Provides tailor-made technical support to assigned customers 2. Gives immediate support to the customer in case of technical problems 3. Supports the introduction of new applications to the market 4. Identifies/evaluates/develops new products in close contact with the customer 5. Supports and implements agreed projects with the customer 6. Investigates customer complaints on technical issues and takes immediate actions 7. Ensures to follow the Quality Management procedures in daily business 8. Conducts product tests at the customer’s production site 9. Formulates recipes for customers |
