Job description / Role
Prime Objective:
To provide technical support to All Target Markets, Sales Departments and contracting companies in the Middle East area.
Key Tasks:
1. To provide technical product support to Sales Engineers, Applicators, Contractors and Consultants.
2. Plan, organising, execution and reporting of product site application mockup and demonstration for contractors, consultants and applicators.
3. Investigation and reporting of product claims to Customers satisfaction.
4. Monitoring and reporting of RECLAIM policy.
5. To provide application performance comparison with competitors products and systems where instructed.
6. To report to Technical Manager about potential product opportunities as soon as identified on projects.
7. Provide on-site product application support and guidance to recommended applicators.
8. Assist with Training of Sales Staff and Applicators
9. Reporting of daily and weekly activities to the Technical Manager
10. Be responsible for creating and maintaining Product Data Sheets, method statements and other technical product information for both online and in paper form
11. Attend and actively participate in LET meetings
QA/QC
1. Ensure compliance with the companys Quality Management and Environmental Health & Safety Management Systems.
2. To undertake any additional responsibilities or duties as assigned by immediate supervisor or manager commensurate within the position.
Requirements
Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture or similar related construction field
Computer literate on MS Office and AutoCAD
Excellent command over English - Written & Spoken.
Knowledge of Arabic would be an added advantage
Must have a minimum of 5 years experience in the Construction field.
Full Clean Driving License
