The RoleThe RoleOur client a well known company in the Real Estate sector is looking for a Technical Specialist for Real Estate Asset Management. - Previous experience in handling Electromechanical ( including Public Health ) Maintenance in Real State companies and Hotels - Experience in handling Central / district cooling and Related Equipment , Water Pumps , Heaters , Plant Equipment ,Electrical Generator MV , MSB , DB , Controls , Fire Detection and Fighting Equipment , etc. - Working Knowledge with International Standards - Capable to lead and handle maintenance technical team and operation - Prepare Maintenance Programs ( including PV , Budgeting , Annual storage , Maintenance Programs , O&M Manuals ) - Prepare / Generate budget proposal - Capable of reviewing engineering design and materials - Capable of estimating maintenance work required and reviewing and verifying invoices and payments |
RequirementsRequirements- Electrical or Mechanical university degree ( BSc ) - 10-15 years of experience desirable - Experience in the GCC an advantage. Shortlisted candidates shall be contacted to discuss the role in detail. |
