We are looking to recruit an experienced Technical Support Coordinator based in Islamabad, Pakistan.
The Technical Support Coordinator will be responsible for:
* Attending customer complaints on phone & log properly
* Maintaining and updating the status of new installations
* Coordinating between different departments ( stores, Technical, Logistics and Accounts)Â Â to solve customer problems
* Assigning Engineer to resolve customer's complaints and follow up with the technical team for the completion of the job
* Correspondence with customer regarding complaints and installation
* Generating revenue from AMC & upgrades
Requirements
To be successful in winning this role, you will have the following pre-requisites:
* Diploma or bachelor's degree in Electronics/Telecom/IT
* 3-5 years working experience as a Technical Support Coordinator
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Experienced and updated with latest developments & standards in IT/Telecom industry
