The RoleThe RoleRole Purpose: Technical Support engineer set up and maintain IT operations. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES To implement the LAN operations To manage business solutions on enterprise platform operations, to test, build and configure servers’ hardware and software, and maintain servers’ performance so that there To manage enterprise application operations processes To implement duty engineer standard check process. RequirementsRequirementsQUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE. Education: University or degree equivalent. Holding certificates on IT latest technologies from leading companies (Microsoft, HP, Oracle, VMware, COBIT, ITIL) Experience: 2+ years of mixed experience on IT Operations Special Skills: Time Management and Up-to-date with technology |
