Job description / Role
The Technical Support Network Engineer is a technical engineering position responsible for the support of a large corporate customer.
The ideal candidate is responsible for:
1. Customer Incident Management from level 1 to resolution
2. Customer upgrade planning
3. Vendor defect coordination
4. Vulnerability reporting
5. Providing technical advise and recommendations
6. Post Sales Network Support Customer Satisfaction
English speaking & writing skills is mandatory for this role. Arabic would be an added advantage.
Requirements
Experience:
(i) Seven years or more: Cisco Hands on technical experience
(ii) 3 years or more: Service Provider Experience
(iii) 3 Years or more: Experience on Cisco CRS1, GSR and ASR.
(iv) 7 years or more: Cisco7600, 7200’s, 6500’s, FWSM, ACE Modules, ASA/PIX,
Qualifications:
- University Degree in computing or telecommunications
- CCIE in Service Provider
