Job description / Role
The TSS Network Team Leader is a sales and technical management position that is responsible for the Post Sales Support of Network devices and solutions that are sold by the company.
The TSS Network Team leader is responsible for:
Revenue and profitability
Sales
Positioning of TSS Network Services
Respond to RFP's and RFQ's
Renewal of annual maintenance network support contracts
Process Management
Service delivery
Customer Service Delivery management presentations
Local network vendor management
Escalation handling
Post Sales Network Support Customer Satisfaction
Requirements
Language:
English is mandatory.
Arabic would be an advantage (Verbal and written in each is required)
Experience:
(i) Two year or more: Leadership of Technical Teams
(ii) Two year or more: Networking Sales/Presales
(iii) Five year or more: Cisco Hands on technical experience
(iv) Network Service Delivery
Qualifications:
University Degree in computing or telecommunications
Cisco Qualification of CCNP or greater
ITIL Foundation
