Job description / Role
- This Technical Support Specialist will be working with Parts Management Specialist and directly reporting to After Sales Service Director.
- Build good image by providing efficient and professional technical support across the region.
- Acts as industry expert and supports both internal and external stakeholders with all the technical inquiries.
- Troubleshoots and identifies claims in a professional manner.
- Supports Director with technical training plan and takes initiatives with implementing technical training in order to achieve fully understanding of the features and benefits from the customers, and to increase the market share systematically.
- Analyses latest regional regulation on warranty, service pack and etc.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree/Diploma in mechanical engineering
- 7+ years automobile technical support work experience with proven track records
- Have knowledge of regional regulatory requirements on warranty, service pack and etc.
- Strong and accurate technical assessment/judgement abilities
- Logical thinking and strong capability of problem analysis
- Detail oriented
- Strong communication skill
- Fluency in English is essential, other language such as Arabic, Hindi would be advantageous.
- This position will be based in Dubai, and intensive travelling would be required.
- Monthly salary AED 12k~18k + Bonus scheme + Benefits
