Brief rough Job description:
This position is a progressive career path for a candidate enthusiastic to keep learning in specialized areas.
It requires being up to date continuously, research on advance & leading edge new products to technically complement other teams.
This position involves technical support both for marketing & sales team on existing products & services offered by our company or new opportunities, as well as assisting in our internal group of company IT related support.

Some of the tasks include:
Collaborating with Sales team to understand market & customer requirements to provide technical sales support.
Development & Presenting technical proposals, respond to RFP & RFQ‘s for industry specific solutions
Providing technical information, requirements & related expenses to be considered in business models & plans. Project planning, deployment & Pre/Post sales support.

Assisting in technical related subject to complement other teams in completion of their tasks.
Identify & sourcing new products, brands & vendors to add to product & solution profile with collaboration of marketing, sales & management.
Installation, POC (proof of concept), pilot project initiation to hand over, training & deployment of offered product & solutions.
Work with marketing team to prepare brochures, technical specification, catalogues & other materials
Provide technical & non-technical support to our own group of company for HW, SW, LAN, IT & Telecommunication infrastructure & end users, as well as pre & post sales technical support to clients
Provide Technical & maintenance support for our group MS Navision ERP, Office collaboration, CRM, HR & other internal server/client application.

Examples of solution & products are:

Mobile payment /e-wallet for micropayment solution using NFC (Near Field communication),
Interactive touch panel displays, along Tablet PC's & SW as a complete packaged solution for corporate & educational institutions
Intelligent Transportation solutions for AFC (Automatic Fare Collection), electronic ticketing, real time passenger information & fleet management solutions
ICT, network. communication & security solution & infrastructure consisting of IP Cameras & NVR (Network video recorder), wireless & Microwave products & solutions

Requirements

Requirement:
• Bachelor degree in Electronics Engineering or Computer related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in technical support of Advanced Technologies, IT infrastructure & user support & related administration
• Technical knowledge, background & experience in Hi-tech fields related to
- MNO (Mobile Network operators) & VAS(value added services),
- Electronic payment automation, standards & protocols.
- Contactless, NFC & other mobile payment systems
- Intelligent Transportation Solutions,
- Wireless & Microwave,
- Intelligent Digital Security
Preferably qualification & experience in
• Operating Systems (Microsoft, Linux, IOS),
• Database (SQL), Backup, ERP (Navision, MS Dynamics) & CRM systems,
• Internet, WiFi, CISCO HW, VOIP, Server HW Configuration & Maintenance
• Web/email hosting Administration, Web & Graphics design, Apps development & Zimbra mail knowledge is a plus
