Besides Toyota, AF Motors also holds exclusive franchises for some of the world's top automobiles and automotive products like Hino - Japan's leading heavy-duty vehicle manufacturer, Toyo & Chen shin/ Maxxis tyres, GS & Panasonic batteries and many more.To provide full back-up support to these world-class franchises, AF Motors have an established network of showrooms and service & parts centres throughout the UAE.We are currently looking to recruit an experienced technical trainer to work for Al Futtaim Motors based in the National Service Department in Dubai. Reporting to the National Service Training Manager, you will be responsible for developing and providing training and staff development programs, using knowledge of the effectiveness of methods such as classroom training, demonstrations, train the trainer, meetings, conferences, and workshops. To be delivered in English. Confer with management and conduct surveys to identify training needs based on projected production processes, changes, and other factors.Your duties will include:* Provide technical training and instruction to ensure that all distributor and company policies and procedures are adhered to.* Support the co-ordination and monitoring of all distributors, training. To attend Brand specific training events and cascade information obtained.* Contribute to the analysing of standard performance reports, operational non compliance and execution of structured action plans.* Ensure active promotion of staff and customer engagement activities.* Conduct ongoing field visits in relation to training needs analysis and level three evaluations.* Provide training to ensure corporate compliance in line with distributor operational standards and process improvement programs.* Complete ongoing Self assessment of training programme content and delivery, to promote continuous improvement.

To apply for this role you should have the following skills, experiences and qualifications:Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge* High level of proficiency in both written and Spoken EnglishA High Level Qualification in : * Mechanical Engineering or Automotive Engineering Minimum Experience:   * 3-5 Years Technical Training or Coaching role * 5 Years plus Automotive Industry Experience * Proficient to Master Technician Level or equivalent * Customer Facing Role Experience  Job-Specific Skills: * Ability to train and coach, build relationships and utilise skills appropriately * Ability to provide outstanding customer service * Ability adjust priorities and structure time wisely in a fast paced environment * Ability to maintain strong administration skills * Ability to communicate in a clear, concise, understandable manner and listen attentively to others to understand material, and provide instructions to all employees. * PC Literate, proficient in Microsoft Office Programs* Ability to develop tailored training materials to suit the local marketBehavioural Competencies: * Personal Integrity* Strong analytical skills * Ability to show empathy with customers and colleagues * Readiness to focus on customer's needs and to understand their requirements.* Ability to follow-up on outstanding issues * Ability to work effectively as part of a team * Competent in planning and organizing own case load * Readiness to persevere with difficult tasks * Ability to be assertive without being aggressive * Able to focus and drive tasks to completion
