FAMCO is an ISO 9001:2008 & ISO 14001:2004 certified company.We are currently seeking two Technical Trainers to join our Famco operations in Dubai. You will be tasked with the preparation and delivery of  training and staff development programs, using knowledge of the effectiveness of methods such as classroom training, demonstrations, train the trainer, meetings, conferences, and workshops. The primary responsibilities of this role will include; * Providing technical training and instruction to ensure that all distributor and company policies and procedures, operational standards and process improvement programs are complied with. * Support the Co-ordination and monitoring of all distributors training. To attend Brand/Product specific training events and cascade information obtained. * Contribute to the analysing of standard competence reports, operational non compliance and execution of structured action plans. * Ensure active promotion of staff and customer engagement activities. * Conduct ongoing site visits in relation to training needs analysis. * Complete ongoing Self assessment of training programme content and delivery, to promote continuous improvement. * To meet core KPIs in staff competence certification. |
RequirementsRequirementsThe selected candidates will have the following qualifications,skills and attributes; * A Mechanical Engineering or Automotive Engineering * A minimum of 3-5 years as a Technical Trainer / Technical Coach role * At least 5 years industry experience within a Heavy Vehicle/Construction Equipment environment * Be proficient to Master Technician Level or equivalent * Have customer facing role experience * The ability to train and coach, build relationships and utilise skills appropriately * PC Literate, proficient in Microsoft Office Programs |
