Job description / Role
• To deliver high quality, prompt and courteous Training services in support to UGL Services customers’ business needs in a safe working environment
• To provide training, management and guidance to directly employed staff in accordance with contract and works UGS guidelines
• To meet Training related KPI requirements set by management from time to time
• To make and monitor and map Competence of organisation.
• Provide/Lead & coordinate Operation & Management - Quality & EHS Management Training for UGL & Client.
• Ensuring all ISO related requirement for training and competence are met.
• Ensuring Contractual requirement for training and competence are met.
• Accountable for establishing In-house, On-job & External training related to Project competence requirement for the scope of work.
• Ensuring EHS Induction training are executed per contract and ISO requirement for all contractors, UGL & client.
• Monitor effectiveness for all kind of training executed in Project.
• Guide and upgrade staff technical and management competency
Requirements
• Bachelor in Engineering or equivalent
• Qualified Training and/or QEHS Professional (FM exposure preferred)
• Minimum 8 to 10 years working experience in EHS, Quality Controls or holding key officer position (FM exposure preferred)
• Interpersonal, initiative, analytical thinking, decision-making abilities
• Perfect command of spoken and written English
• Good knowledge of standards and related areas like ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001
• Exposure to Middle East environment (Contractors), good contact with ME based training agencies.
