The RoleThe Role• Identifying training and development needs within an organization through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with business managers and human resources departments. • Designing and developing training and development programs based on both the organization's and the individual's needs. • Conducting appraisals. • monitoring and reviewing the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with managers • Evaluating training and development programs • Preparing health and safety strategies and developing internal policy; • Carrying out risk assessments and considering how risks could be reduced; • Carrying out accident investigations on site and producing subsequent reports and recommendations • Keeping records of incidents and accidents and producing statistics for managers. |
RequirementsRequirements• At least 3 years experience in the training and safety. • Strong Planning and Analytical skills. • Good communication skills • Proficient in English, Arabic speaking ability is preferred. |
