Job description / Role
You will be charged with the responsibility to coordinate the training and development of all Qatari Nationals (in technical disciplines), monitoring their progress through to attaining their target positions. You role will also include mentoring them on their development needs and guide them to ensure that their development is in line with company business requirements. You would also ensure that all technical competencies for each discipline are in line with company job families and the required competency framework is in place for each technical development program.
Requirements
Who we're looking for
You will have a technical background in Oil & Gas / Industrial / Manufacturing from any engineering discipline and then have moved to training environment. You will need to have a degree in Engineering and have proven delivery of the Training, Development, counselling in preferably in the Middle East with Nationals. You must have exceptional verbal and written communication in English, a sound knowledge of computer literacy and having Arabic would be desirable.
