Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

A Technical Author with experience in onshore and offshore projects especially LNG Plant, Gas Treatment Plant, Ship Loading applications and Port activities. Competent to research, plan, prepare, and produce, comprehensive Operations related written documents and to train concerned Employees. These documents will include: Plant Operating Manuals and Procedures. Start up, Shutdown and Operating Procedures and Standing Instructions. New Projects procedures, including Tie-in and Commissioning. General Operations and Equipment topics. Operations documentation related drawings, forms and checklists to complement all documents.

Requirements

The successful candidates must have Engineering Degree or relevant Trade Qualifications relating to Petrochemical Operations or equivalent together with 12 years' of relevant process operation supervision experience in LNG / Gas Plant production. At least 3 years of experience in Technical Authoring in the Hydrocarbon / Petrochemical industry. Very good written and spoken English. Very good communication skills for training of personnel. Must be computer literate in the following: Word Processing, Desktop Publishing, Project Planning and Scheduling, Spreadsheets, Flowcharts, Graphics, Technical Drawing, Internet and other computer related software.
