Job description / Role
Job Duties & Tasks:
Develops processes using writing standards from AS9110 Aerospace Standards. Organizes materials and completes written assignments according to set standards regarding order, clarity, style, and terminologies set by AS9110 and AMMROC. Maintains records and revisions of created documents. Edits, standardizes, and makes changes from subject matter expert (SME) inputs. Studies similar processes and integrates into one process maintaining AS9110 standard format. Interviews operation, engineering, Human Resource, supply, and quality personnel to achieve the scope of this project. Develops process flow diagrams to summarize written processes and to be used for training purposes.
Activities:
Obtains information from SME’s and relevant personnel, as needed. Points of contracts (POC) to be provided by the appointed personnel for this project. Works with electronic, paper copies, and SME inputs to develop the final process documents. Organizes, plans, and achieves deadlines set for reviews and final releases. Preforms administrative activities generated by the day-to-day tasking. Maintains a controlled filing system and processes paperwork as necessary.
Requirements
Skills & Abilities:
Understands aerospace processes, English sentences, and aviation related documents. Be able to write clearly and communicate ideas verbally so others will understand. Be a self-starter with minimal supervision. Follows direction very well and achieves tasking in a timely manner. Be able to work long work hours and produce a quality product.
