Job description / Role
In line with the concept of facilities management and operation, the department will provide services comprising of project management services, maintenance management, labor, materials and utilities to the various hospitality divisions within the group.
Standards of facilities and project management within the company will be raised to a level which will be recognized as best in class, as the undisputed leader among hospitality management companies.
Recognition in the technical field will be determined by the quality and cost effectiveness of services provided to the group in the following areas:
- During the design and development stage of project or property by providing outstanding technical assistance
- In the management of operational assets by safeguarding and enhancing the owners investment based upon return on investment calculations
- In ensuring optimum profitability of the operation by providing the most cost effective utilization of resources and utilities. This will be achieved through the implementation of energy management systems and cost effective building and equipment maintenance procedures
- Delivery of all projects on time and within budget whilst at all times maintaining quality
Requirements
Candidates must come from a hospitality background and have excellent technical FM exposure, ideally managing several units simultaneously and also managing FM from pre-opening development and construction phase as well as operationally.
