We are seeking experienced Electrical Technicians to join our Automotive Division (Al Futtaim Motors or Trading Enterprises). The main responsibilities of the role will include (but not be limited to): Conducting electrical repairs and servicing, including Air-conditioning systems on light and 4-wheel drive vehicles Diagnosing electrical defects and troubleshooting within specified labour operation time Testing, servicing and repairing batteries, charging and emission control systems Servicing and repairing engines, drive-train and body electronic management systems Testing, repairing and wiring harness/looms Providing estimations for additional repairs and services Adopting and practicing dealer workshop standards and requirements |
RequirementsRequirementsYou will have the following skills and experience: Minimum 3 years working experience within an automobile dealer workshop, within the electrical repairs section Technically competent, with ability to diagnose and repair electrical light vehicle faults within set time-frame Japanese/American/European car experience would be preferred Basic computer operational knowledge is essential for web based training programs and using manufacturer scan tools to perform diagnosis GCC experience would be highly desirable Must be able to communicate in both written and spoken English Diploma / ITI qualification would be preferred Able to produce relevant Technical/Engineering qualifications/documentation |
