- Database creation of Exhibition clients.
- Sending email.
- Making outbound calls and fix appointments for the sales team.
- Preparing & sending direct mails.
- Maintaining and updating database.
- Handling Inbound customer queries.
Requirements
- 1-2 years experience in Tele calling.
- Customer relationship experience (internal/external customers).
- Self-organized.
- Results-orientated and target driven.
- Self-motivating.
- Strong attention to details.
