Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Job Purpose:
- Generate Tele-business sales into HORECA channels with outbound collage to our noncore OTM Contact Strategy (C & D operators).
- Develop close relationships with these operators to create incremental turnover from collage and Direct Mail and tele-sales campaigns
- Work closely with Channel Marketing to organise:
- Direct Mailing Activities or Marketing Campaigns
- Use of UFS website to create revenue and analyse strike rates

Principal activities of the job on which the majority of time is spent
- Selling existing & new SKUs to Tele-business operator list.
- Maintains good relationships with Operators, Trade Distributors & CDC field representatives.
- Participate in Marketing Direct Mail Activities and Telesales Promotional Activities as well as any culinary and sales training that may be required to enhance product knowledge (FAB).
- Records Transfer Orders received from operators.
- Forwards Transfer Orders from CDC for validation/delivery with Distributor and CD opps.
- Manage own time and maintain Weekly/Monthly figures and results of Repeat orders and new SKU penetration.
- Resolves existing customers inquiries and concerns.
- Responds to customer inquiries received from FS website and cascade to concerned person.
- Update database with information obtained from different sources (CDC, marketing department, etc.) - added
- To make surveys of customers feedback on any issue regarding UFS products & competitors.
- Support gulf sales manager with operational activities

Scope:
1. Sales Managers / Key account Managers/ CDCs/ Country managers.

2. Channel Marketing Managers/Culinary Chefs
- Competitor information (via telephone)
- New product launches
- Solution activations
- New Product Training
- Direct mail campaigns

3. Key Distributors & Wholesalers
- Transfer orders to Distributors

Requirements

- Drive (Passion for results) Must be highly competitive and want to over achieve on set Regional Targets.
- Concern for Rigour and Order - Use systems to organise data base and keep track of operator growth information.
- Team Work Help towards achieving Tele-business and Regional Field sales target and achieve shared growth goals.
- Customer/Operator awareness (Knowing the business) Is outwardly focused towards operators, customers and keeps abreast of market trends.

Key Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree (all fields open)
- Telephone & Communication Must be able to communicate and use selling techniques with customers over the telephone.
- Negotiation and influencing skills
- Selling skills of closing the deal
- Relationship management with internal and external stake holders
- Previous Call/Contact centre or telemarketing experience
- Report writing/ advance excel skills
- Culinary background and cooking skills/interest- good to have
