Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Take the responsibility of bid management from RFP issue to contract signing and be responsible for the bid quality (including proposal quality, process compliance).

The responsibilities include:
- Manage requirement analysis, bid strategy and solution development and implementation;
- Facilitate the implementation of key control points (KCP) in bidding process (requirement and bid strategy review, solution review, proposal review, ATB decision-making) to ensure the processs compliance;
- Manage project risk management activities including identify risks, make risk mitigation measures and facilitate related issues solved;
- Manage bid progress and necessary communication inside bid team to ensure efficient operation of the bid team.
- Establishes the bidding team after the team members have been decided
- Analyzes the tender requirements released by client
- Makes bidding plan, monitor and control bidding process
- Organizes project requirements/feasibility analysis, output overall bid strategy
- Drives the functional review of bidding proposals; project risk assessment and mitigation
- Coordinates comprehensive review of bidding proposals
- Organizes to make bids and proposals
- Prepares material for price and key decisions
- Organizes and participate in the post-bid clarification
- Participates in contract negotiation and review risks mitigation

Requirements

Professional Bid Manager offering 5+ years of experience in the telecommunication industry.

Areas of expertise includes responsible for solution and bid management of medium/large-scale projects for new/existing business opportunities in the domain of Mobile networking (WLAN/Wi-Fi Backhauling), Fixed networks (Access/Transmission/IP), Managed services, Data Centre, IT, Cloud & Power in the Middle East region.

In such complicated Projects, responsibilities have been formulating and managing the bidding team from the project Kick-off to the Contract signing, ensuring different BU solutions are professionally integrated and delivered to the customer in time whilst ensuring the high quality of the bidding process and internally fulfilling company required procedures and Guidelines.

Excellent knowledge and skills in employee perspective, i.e. cooperation, consultative and facilitating skills, willingness to share knowledge, high diversity awareness;

Excellent IT skill, Excellent in excel, word, PowerPoint, etc.
