Job description / Role

- Analysing Job Descriptions to gain a clear understanding of our Clients needs
- Locating suitable candidates using in-house database and other available social media portals
- Screening candidate CVs
- Discussing the role with the candidate to verify the experience detailed in the CV
- Negotiating salary package required by the candidate to ensure competitiveness
- Taking reference details and contacting given references

Requirements

- Arabic speaking
- A proven sales background within a competitive environment, minimum 2 to 3 years
- Hardworking and flexible to do what it takes to get the job done
- Competitive
