The RoleThe Role• Work in the team to complete the change requests on time and with quality. • Ensure all the Change requests are allocated and closed on time. • Interface to other internal teams and coordinate with ND, RFS and subcontractor. • Maintain proper communication between Team members. • Review the Change request; validate the Configuration provided by the ND team as per the requirement. • Monitor and track the important issues and prepare the snag list. • Output work report and report to Manager. |
RequirementsRequirements• 4-6 yrs exp in telecom with on hands on routers, DSLAM, GPON and transmission devices • Good understanding of fixed access network. • Past experience in Fixed network deployment • Good organizational and leadership skills |
