Our client is a highly reputable law firm in the United Arab Emirates. They offer a wide range of legal services in the Middle East. Their teams of international Lawyers serve their global clients and clients in the UAE and in the GCC. On their behalf, we are looking to hire a Telecommunications Lawyer to join their team in Dubai.

Main responsibilities:

• Advising on telecommunication operators on development network.
• Advising on mobile sectors acquisitions and new mobile market entry projects.
• Commercial IP advise to companies in the telecommunications, IT, Media industries including drafting and negotiating trademark and copy right licenses assignments, confidentiality agreements, providing trademark infringements clearances and advising on new products and branch launches.
• Advising clients in media telecom on the management of global trademark portfolios and specific portfolio management and protection strategies.
• Advising on commercial and regulatory aspects of TMT matters with a particular focus on telecommunications.
• Act on wide range of telecoms IT financing supply, procurement contracts and outsourcing.

Requirements

• Qualified Lawyer with a Law degree from a reputed University
• At least 8 years PQE as a Telecommunications Lawyer within a leading practice
• Highly motivated, accurate and analytical
• Stress resistant and a hard worker
• Capable to work without much supervision but are also a team player
• Good command of English, Arabic speaking candidates are encouraged to apply
