Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with an exhibitions company with an impressive portfolio of clients. Our client is well established in the Middle East and is looking to hire a Telemarketing Manager to assist with the continuous growth and success of the organisation.
The primary focus for this role will be to act as Team Manager however when management tasks are complete, the role will also involve cold calling. You will lead a small team of Business Development Executives who are responsible for bringing in new business opportunities with existing and prospective clients. You will be responsible for recording, logging activity and managing this data. In addition you will be involved in marketing activities including email campaigns and coordinating company profile marketing collateral to use as a tool to generate business.
Requirements
The successful candidate should be a graduate and have experience managing a team in a call centre or telemarketing environment. You should be performance driven and self-motivated and be able to demonstrate a proven ability in researching markets and managing client data. Any knowledge of the exhibition space in the region would be valuable and experience in the Dubai market highly advantageous.
