Telephone Operator

Job description / Role

To answer all incoming calls.
To make calls to customers / stake holders as required by the staff.
To courteously greet the customer and provide them best customer service.
To assist customer by answering their inquiries and concerns.
To transfer calls to designated area or department.
To keep record of daily incoming calls.
To take message for the staff in their absence and convey once he / she is available.
Other related tasks as required.

Requirements

University Qualifications: University Graduate
Nature and length of previous experience: 3-5 years experience in Telephone Operator position.
Specialist knowledge: Customer Service, Secretarial, Communication Skills.
Age Range: 24-35
Gender Preference: Female
Nationality Preference: Jordanian, Syria, Lebanese
Language Fluency: Arabic
Current Location: Dubai
