GulfTalent.com is one of the largest online portals serving the Middle East region, with offices in Dubai and London. Founded in 2005, it is now used by 3 million individuals and 5,000 companies. To support our continued growth, we are looking for smart and highly driven Sales Executives to join our team in Dubai.

The role involves selling GulfTalent.com online products to large and medium-size corporations in the Middle East, building and maintaining relationship with clients and gathering their feedback to improve the product. The role is purely in-bound and does not require any cold calling.

The successful candidate will enjoy an attractive tax-free compensation package of AED 14,000 per month plus monthly commission averaging around AED 4,000 per month. The commission is not capped so if you are a high achiever, you can earn much higher commissions.

Requirements

- Native English Speaker
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous experience in a sales or client service role
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Ability to work under pressure to achieve sales targets
