Job description / Role
Responsible for supervising the telesales team in persuading the customers or individuals to buy B2B products and services and is accountable for recruiting, leading and mentoring an inbound and outbound call center. New Acquisitions.
* Increasing the client base so has to supervise telesales' s in persuading the customers to buy the B2B products and services.
* Increasing the sales such as calling sales prospect individuals in target industries for qualifying leads and setting up appointments for sales force directly.
* Maintain accurate detailed and applicable contact data in the leads.
Planning
* Develop call scripts for telesales' s use with lead generation and qualification timely.
* Create team compensation structure and performance metrics perfectly for presenting to the seniors.
Operation
* Maintain the follow-up procedures and Policies to new clients correctly and initiating them under minimal supervision.
* Interface closely with sales and marketing department as well to ensure alignment.
Commitment
* Daily attendance, punctuality, behavior and appearance.
Requirements
Industry / Domain
* Telecoms or IT industry
Knowledge and Experience
* Minimum 4-6 years' experience in Telesales (preferably B2B) with a proven track record
* Preferably have experience of working in the defined region and possess an existing customer base/contact list.
* Consultative sales focused on new acquisitions
* Understanding of P&L and commercially aware.
* Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
* Fluent Arabic speaker is necessary and English is preferable
Education and Certification Requirements
* Bachelor or Diploma degree in Business Administration / Marketing or any related
