The RoleThe RoleOur client, a multinational Property Developer company is looking to recruit numerous Telesales Representatives to work in a target driven sales environment to maximize the opportunity of sales of the company’s property assets to high net worth clients. Responsibilities are stated below but not be limited to: • Lead generation • Consult and sell properties • Develop a new client portfolio to enhance customer base, increase revenue and achieve monthly as well as annual targets • Create and manage existing client portfolio • Identify new markets • Identify and manage key investors • Identify and cater to a wide range of investor portfolios • Identify and manage real estate and commercial agents • Participate in Road Shows, Property Exhibitions, Open Houses |
RequirementsRequirementsKey Attributes: • Minimum 2 years experience in Telesales and or Telemarketing in Banking, Financial Institutions, Airlines, Hospitality and Automobile • Experience in dealing with high net worth client preferred • Confident, enthusiastic, proactive and assertive with a willingness to work on your own initiative • Articulate and excellent communication skill |
