The RoleThe RoleDue to an internal promotion UPS requires a talented highly-motivated Supervisor / Manager to manage its dedicated group of Telesales Representatives The main focus of the role is to ensure an entire portfolio of the Companies products, services and technology are successfully marketing to target customers. Initiate developmental activities within the Telesales Team to enhance business opportunities. Assist Key Account Managers and Sales people with achieving their business targets and provide support from an internal business development perspective. Take ownership of a departmental portfolio of customers and maximise profitability and revenue through coordinated inside sales activities. |
RequirementsRequirementsPrevious experience : 2 years experience in a service related field as a supervisory of Telesales activity. Specialist knowledge : A sound knowledge of the courier or logistics industry is required. Other Skills : Excellent communication and negotiation skills coupled with the ability to motivate a manage a group of multinational inside sales people. Language Skills : English Current Residence : UAE only |
