Duties & Responsibilities
• Drive sales, by developing, identifying, and securing all relevant direct sale opportunities with the walk-in customers, ensuring the achievement of the set sales target.
• Identifies and creates the need and presents the company service product range.
• Follows-up on clients’ arising complaints or additional needs, ensuring timely and quality fulfillment and optimum client satisfaction.
• Prepares regular services’ financial and technical proposals independently.
• Keeps the client regularly updated with the newly posted schedules, and new products, while also keeping self-updated.
• Established and maintains a credible and professional relationship with all his/ her client.
• Prepares and submits a weekly sales report.

Profile
• Successful candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with an excellent command of all Microsoft Office programs.
• Knowledge typically gained through 2 years inside sales experience or other experience dealing directly with customers.
• Experience in IT is certainly a plus.
• Person must be very organized and able to multi-task on several concurrent but different projects all while maintaining various timelines for completion.
• Candidate must be able to work without constant direct supervision, and seek ways to streamline his or her work processes to maximize personal productivity.
