The RoleThe RoleTo meet the increasing demand of the medical sections work load during the busy recruitment period:- Assist the Medical Section Team to: Screen preliminary medical reports of candidates from abroad; ensure compliance of the medical requirements and reports prior to preliminary fitness evaluation of Occupational Health. Coordinate with the Recruitment Department (HCR) during local agency campaigns in scheduling the medical checkup program and to ensure smooth processing at Main Clinic. Organize/schedule medical appointments between Clinics including preparation of necessary medical forms. Arrange referrals of candidates requiring further investigations by Specialists at the private hospitals, assist candidates in adherence to medical instructions and appointments. Coordinate with Al Noor Hospital at Madinat Zayed, Ruwais Hospital & Site Administration for the pre-employment medical checkup of UAE National Candidates from the Western region. Track & follow results to ensure timely completion of reports. Maintain medical records for timely follow-up. Assist in compiling documents and requests for medical insurance coverage certificate for visa processing. Coordinating the process of HIV tests at the Preventive Medicine Dept.; verify documentations as per the Health Authority requirement. Initiate payments of HIV Certificates on new employees through petty cash funds. |
RequirementsRequirementsMedical Discipline Background in Nursing or equivalent with 3 years in the field of Medical/health care administration. Should have good knowledge in computer - word/excel Should hold a valid UAE driving license |
