Temporary Office/HR Manager - Up to AED 16,000

Our client, a global leader in it's field, based in Deira is looking for a temporary Office/HR Manager to cover maternity leave of 8 months.
The role reports to the CEO and the main priority is to ensure organisational efficiency and effectiveness. The role is split into Office Management, HR and basic Finance.
- You will provide general admin support to the CEO including booking travel and meetings,
- You will order stationary, write reports, maintain personnel records, administer expenses, deal with complex queries, organise facility maintenance, supervise the implementation of policies, arrange in house and external events,
- You will review health policies, direct calls to senior management, prepare monthly and quarterly HR reports to be sent to Head Office, screen job applicants, perform reference checks on potential new employees, visa processing, preparing adverts for new recruitment requirements, track employee leave, introduce company Induction Manual to new starters and be the main point of contact for all company queries.

Candidates must be on their husband's or father's sponsorship for this role as it is a temporary position for 8 months, however there is a possibility it could become permanent.

You must have excellent communication skills and have the personality to go the extra mile. You must be able maintain a high level of confidentiality and accuracy with preparing and entering important information onto the company database. You must be very organised and able to prioritise and work to tight deadlines.
Arabic language would be an advantage but is not essential, however UAE experience is essential.
