Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Provides general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks. Responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties, including greeting guests and guiding them, answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate associates, handling company inquiries, and sorting mail distribution, flow of correspondence, requisition of supplies as well as additional clerical duties.

Principal Accountabilities:
- Answer phones and operate a switchboard.
- Route calls to specific people.
- Answer inquiries about company.
- Greet visitors warmly and make sure they are comfortable.
- Call persons waiting for visitor upon their arrival.
- Give visitors badges and direct them to where they are going.
- Ensure reception area is tidy.
- Collect and distribute parcels and other mail.
- Perform basic bookkeeping, filing, and clerical duties.
- Take and relay messages.

Requirements

- High School Diploma
- Good communication skills in both languages, English and Arabic
- 2-5 years in a similar position
- Customer Service skills
- Experience within a multinational company is preferred.
- Good computer skills (Word, Excel) are also essential
- Flexibility
- Collaboration Skills
- Proficiency
