Employment: Full Time

The Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for performing the day-to-day applicant processing and recruiting activities, providing administrative support to execute the recruitment strategy, as well as various customer-service aspects of the recruiting process. The coordinator will be expected to work independently on various customer-service aspects of the recruiting process.

Key Responsibility
- Responsible for creating job postings within the internal system as well as external posting sites
- Responsible for shortlisting applicants for the open positions.
- Creating job descriptions.
- Completing initial phone screens for potential candidates
- Coordinate interviewing and recruitment of potential applicants
- Processes and tracks progress of candidate background investigations and communicate results to the HR Manager and the hiring managers.
- Conduct reference checks for all potential hires that have been forwarded for offer of employment within 3 days from request from hiring manager. Follow up on the reference check request by ensuring that all potential hires have references prior to sending the offer letter.
- Responsible for all necessary follow-up duties related to post-employment offer extension (tracking of pre-employment screening process, rejection letters, Excel spreadsheet maintenance, recruitment files, recruitment expenses)
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all new hire paperwork
- Responsible for maintaining positive, professional relationships with all applicants, candidates, potential employees, and employees throughout recruitment interactions and/or employee lifecycle.
- Build effective relationships with high quality recruitment agencies and advise Human Resources Manager of new agencies in key market places.
- Provide accurate record for on a weekly basis regarding open positions internally, arrival updates as well as CVs sent for short listing.
- Responsible for maintaining the recruitment filling.
- Responsible for updating all the recruitment databases and log in sheets in a timely manner.
- Ensure that reporting of Recruitment productivity is conducted and reported on a monthly basis.
- Oversees the arrival process of the new hires including booking the tickets and arranging airport pickups. Liaise with the procurement in regards to arranging the accommodation for the new recruits.
- Administer the psychometric tests for the applicants as well as other assessment tools.
- Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

- 6-9 years experience in HR.
- English language proficiency, minimum 7 on the ILETS or the equivalent of 607 on the TOFEL.
- Arabic language is a preference.
- Demonstrated sense of urgency
- MUST be detail oriented
- Ability to perform comfortably in active, fast paced environment
- Advanced proficiency with Outlook, PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Excel, etc required
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks effectively and accurately
- Must maintain high level of confidentiality and professionalism
- Consistent in performance and practices ethical, professional behavior at all times
- Works well independently, yet is cooperative in working with team members
