The RoleThe Role• An undergraduate degree from a globally reputable university in Social Sciences, Business Administration or a related field with outstanding academic record, and/or advanced degree in Human Resources or Psychology is a plus. • Minimum 3-4 years of HR experience in recruitment and employee development programmes • Experience in professional services including human resources consultancy and/or recruitment agency is a plus • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English • Proficiency in MS Office applications • Excellent team-player skills • Able to work within a dynamic environment • High sense of responsibility and ability to lead tasks with minimum supervision • Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time • Strong planning, organizing and coordination skills • Being result-oriented • Flexibility to travel abroad for recruitment projects |
RequirementsRequirements• Conduct project based recruitment activities • Effectively manage the candidate pool • Manage relationships with agencies • Negotiate candidate offers (salaries etc.) • Coordinate the on-boarding process • Organize Campus Activities • Regular and accurate reporting of all recruitment activities |
