Job description / Role
* Collect all the "Time Entry Reports" of Employees from Oracle & SAP
* Collect Leave Durations from Payroll
* Compile the data in MS Acess
* To check , correct & validate duplicate time entries, wrong job codes and generate a Clean
* Utilization Report
* Share it with Finance every month for Analysis
Requirements
* Fresh Graduate or 1-2 yrs experience in similar job
* Very Good Excel skills
* Data entry skills
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Results driven
* Quick Learner
* Effective verbal and written communication skills including an ability to effectively deal with telephone and email enquiries
