Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a major multinational pharmaceutical company. Our client has had a strong presence in the Middle East for over ten years. Due to rapid expansion, they are looking to hire a 6 month contract Team Assistant within their Administration Department to be based in their UAE headquarters in Dubai.
This is a newly created position and you will be responsible for general administration across the regional team of Directors. You will focus on travel bookings for your superior, organise meetings as well as administration for the team. You will also be seconded to support other areas of the business as and when required. Additionally you will provide documentation support for the Medical, HR and Finance Departments.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have at least 2 years experience in an administration role. You should have a versatile and adaptable personality and the ability to prioritise. Our client has expressed a preference for a Western educated candidate fluent in English. Additional languages are desirable although not essential.
