Formwork Specialist company is looking to hire a Temporary Works Designer to join their team in Qatar.
Reporting to the Senior Engineer, your main responsibilities will consist of:
* To convert inquiries from customers and the Sales Team into drawings and quotations
* To work under the control, instruction and guidance of the Engineering Manager and other senior staff and in conjunction with the Sales Team.
* To support orders received from customers through production of final drawings, cost estimates, progress paperwork, and agreement of variations, as required for each project.
* To seek assistance from other Engineering Staff in calculations and applications when required.
* To have an input to new product design by submitting ideas for new products
* Preparation of schemes/calculations/quotations within time constraints reasonably requested.
Design and production of safe structures/equipment
Requirements
The ideal candidate shall have a relevant degree, with previous experience within the Formwork industry. Preferably with a minimum of 3 years experience in the Middle East. Must know how to design in AutoCAD & have know-how of Basic Engineering Calculation.
