Al-Futtaim Group Real Estate (AFGRE) is the real estate development and operations arm of Al-Futtaim Group which is headquartered in Dubai. AFGRE is responsible for the origination, conception, development, procurement and construction of mega projects and the leasing, sales and operation of these projects after completion.
In addition, AFGRE develops and operates an extensive multi-million dollar portfolio of individual corporate real estate and investment assets across the MENA region.
The two current flagship mixed use urban communities under the Festival City brand are the award winning, Dubai Festival City (5.2 million square metres) and Cairo Festival City (3 million square metres).

The Management of Festival Centre is looking for an energetic individual to be the Tenant Coordinator (TC) for our Mall Operations.
Under the directions of the Operation Manager, the Tenant Coordinator (TC) supports the Mall Tenants & the Operations Team in coordinating approvals, monitoring job status and providing secretarial support. The TC will be liaising with tenants on regular basis to execute jobs required by them according to the mall standards in line with mall policies and procedures.

The primary duty of the TC is to provide a high level of Tenant Coordination and Administrative support to the Operation Team and the Mall Tenants by implementing:

* Excellent organizational and Customer Service skills
* Thorough & proactive follow up skills
* Maintaining an attractive and pleasant shopping environment.

Key responsibilities will include:

* Manage the approval process on behalf of the tenant for signage installation, permission to

trade after mall trading hours for stock taking, notices to tenants for violating mall policies, security related issues, etc.

* Track, monitor, verify and chase down the documentation required on completion of each work stages and ensure timely submission & compliance of work permits by the tenant
* Organise spot checks and inspections of all F & B and tenant outlets on daily/weekly basis with the supervisors and compile inspection reports for review of senior management
* Track all jobs handled within the operations team and keep abreast of progress.
* Provide secretarial assistance to the Operations Manager and 2 Engineers.

The role is required to contribute to the provision of quality services in a professional and efficient manner which will reflect the company's reputation in the shopping centre industry. Serve as a point of contact for the mall tenants to ensure professional tenant-landlord relationship.



Degree/Diploma holder in any discipline
Experience in similar post of tenant coordinator preferred
Experience in related construction or retail industry will be considered
Proficient in MS-office, and Excel required;
Minimum Experience:
3-5 years relevant experience in coordination and follow ups preferable in a shopping centre

Job-Specific Skills:
Strong administrator and with good communication skills; Possess discipline in the practice of internal control measures and process;Independent yet team player;Committed, self-motivated and dependable;Arabic speaking will be an advantage;
