Job description / Role
A leading Property Developer based in Kuwait is seeking to recruit an experienced Tenant Fit Out Coordinator to work Directly for one of their large retail projects. The role will involve day to day liaison with a variety of tenants discussing design briefs and ensuring that all technical specifications are adhered to and the fit out is carried out correctly and within the time constraints imposed.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working on Fit Outs within the Retail environment. You will be comfortable dealing with tenants and fit out contractors and be fully competent at delivering a quality service.
You must be able to work well as part of a team and have the ability to think for yourself as well.
You must be happy to work in Kuwait.
