Tender Lead Specialist

Job description / Role

Salary: up to 15,000 plus benefits

Our client is a well-known Multi National logistics and freight forwarding company based in Dubai and works across all industries. Due to their expanding portfolio of clients they are seeking a proactive and competent Tender Lead Specialist to work with the Global Tender Management Team for all company RFI, RFP, RFQs.

In this role you will manage the entire tender system for the country, reporting to the Head of Sales and Marketing you will thrive in analysis and organisation and planning of the process and work quickly and efficiently to achieve deadlines

Being able to use your initiative on ways to improve your department to best create efficiency will be important, as will be your ability to communicate with others collecting the data required for each request.

Job Responsibilities:

Analyse all tender requests
Provide winning proposals for timely submission
Interface with all other departments
Understand the important of market intelligence in creating the tenders
Assist in analysing deliverables, such as operational and IT which may be required

Requirements

Requirements:

3 years in a similar role
Proved organisation and planning of the process
Freight Forwarding knowledge
Experience with Autocad, CRM, MS Office
Proactive and energetic
Results driven
Takes ownership
Drivers Licence Required
