The RoleThe RoleOverview and manage tendering and prequalification activities, preparation or compilation of request for proposal tendering process and bid evaluation. Evaluating tender documents contractually & highlighting important issues. Comparing & evaluating subcontractors offers. Evaluating & discussing productivity rates. Manages a team of estimators & quantity surveyors. Liaising with other internal departments for services cost Evaluating material offers technically and financially. |
RequirementsRequirementsBachelor degree in Civil Engineering Minimum 15 years of experience Relevant experience in building projects Experience in RAI tendering package is an advantage Leadership skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills FIDIC contract knowledge |
