The RoleThe RoleOverview and manage tendering and prequalification activities, preparation or compilation of request for proposal tendering process and bid evaluation. Evaluating tender documents contractually & highlighting important issues. Comparing & evaluating subcontractors offers. Evaluating & discussing productivity rates. Manages a team of estimators & quantity surveyors. Liaising with other internal departments for services cost Evaluating material offers technically and financially. |
RequirementsRequirementsBachelor degree in Civil Engineering Minimum 15 years of experience Relevant experience in road & infrastructure projects Experience in RAI tendering package is an advantage Leadership skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills FIDIC contract knowledge |
